Reimbursement Procedure

Volunteers will be provided with an online form Monday after camp has concluded where they can upload all their related travel expenses.

Volunteers will have two weeks from that date to submit their expenses. Reimbursement for those expenses will be done electronically by Sun Escape in one total payment 7-14 days after receiving a family’s completed submission.

Volunteers will be asked to provide their username and information to Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or Cash App accounts for reimbursement.

Sun Escape will not send physical check or money orders and volunteers are encouraged to create an account via one of the applications listed above prior to the start camp if they don’t have one.

Airfare expenses must be submitted as a PDF (preferably of the email confirmation at the time of booking). Screenshots or broad confirmations will not be accepted, considered incomplete and you will be asked to resubmit.

The no Stress Travel Promise
