Sample Weekend Schedule
Something for every kid while also providing parents an opportunity to connect
As we continue to put together our 2025 schedule (which will include an extra day and a water park session), take a look back at our proposed schedule from last year.

getting situated and fed before starting the weekend off right
Family Arrivals
Families begin to arrive at 5:30 where they will check in and unpack at their cabins before heading to dinner located at victory circle
Dinner Dance Party
Serve your self buffet style and unwind after a day of traveling while you connect with other families for the first time
Camp Opening
We move the party to the theater where we will review the expectations for the weekend including any necessary safety information.
Victory Circle Block Party
As the sun begins to set, our block party kicks off on the victory circle lawn. The Victory Junction “Fab Shop” and “Pit stop” will be open for you to explore
Cabin Row / Open
The fun doesn’t have to stop with games set up around cabin row and facilities like “Adam’s race shop” and the rec center are open late to hang at (these are supervised areas).
An Early Start to A big Day!
Open Period
For families up early, archery, wood shop and arts & Crafts open at 8am for your enjoyment. Go wherever you want! (Supervised areas)
Breakfast Dance Party
Indulge in a breakfast Starting at 9am. there's something for everyone to kickstart their day on a delicious note.
Activities aka “Turns”
Consisting of Bowling, theater, Archery, Wood shop, Horseback Riding, The Super Dome, Arts & crafts and more. Families will start at their first of four activity periods for the day
Camp Connections
Parents & Kids break out into separate Groups. Parents will go to the fuel stop while campers will move to the super dome for indoor kickball.
“Re-charge” Period
Families have the chance to head back to their cabins to rest or visit “Adams garage” and the rec center. No organized activities during this period.
A Fun filled afternoon that concludes with a classic summer night by the lake
Group Photo & Snacks
Change into your camp t shirt and head to the rec center for our big camp photo.
Activities / “Turns”
Families 3 remaining activity periods will take us through the rest of the afternoon and early evening!
Dinner Dance Party
Make your way to the fuel stop and sit with their cabin mates for dinner served family style.
Evening Specific Activities
As the sun goes down, head to the lake where fishing, zip lining, and boating open. mini golf also available during this time
Camp fire / Open
It wouldn't feel like camp without a camp fire! join us for smores and other surprises as we finish off a perfect day. Similar to Friday, various Supervised areas will remain open late into the night
recapping The weekend before ending with a performance
Cabin Packing
Families will pack their bags and strip their beds before breakfast. Families will bring their belongings with them to victory circle

Indulge in a breakfast Starting at 8:30am. there's something for everyone to kickstart This last day on a delicious note.
Group Chat
We transition to the theater area where we will recap the weekend with a slide show. campers will have the chance to share their favorite moments and memories with the group
Stage Day
A camp-wide showcase of talent and fun. campers and Volunteers can perform on stage, star in skits, sing their favorite songs, or play an instrument.
Family Departure
With camp coming to its conclusion a little before noon, we wish you a safe travel back home and hope you join us again next year
